  • 2. Visit existing agencies and complete Discovery Day
  • 3. Complete your business plan and review with external advisors
  • 4. Pronto Franchise completes credit check and financial validation
STEP 3: final approval and signing (1-2 WEEKS)
  • 1. Review final Franchise Agreement
  • 2. Schedule meeting at Pronto Headquarters
  • 3. Sign Franchise Agreement
STEP 4: find a great location (1-4 WEEKS)
  • 1. Work with Pronto team to identify markets and target areas
  • 2. Engage local commercial broker to aid in your search (if desired)
  • 3. Select 3-5 preferred locations
  • 4. Schedule site tour in market with Pronto Franchise team for site approval
  • 5. Conduct lease negotiations and sign lease
STEP 5: complete build-out, train, and open (4-8 WEEKS)
  • 1. Develop build-out plan with Pronto Franchise Team
  • 2. Complete licensing process
  • 3. Begin your initial Pronto training
  • 4. Complete your Grand Opening Plan
  • 5. Open for business--Soft Opening
  • 6. Complete training in your location
  • 7. GRAND OPENING! (30-40 Days after actual opening)
